      Angela learns to ride a bike for the first time in less than one hour

Angela being congratulated on her excellent achievement by her proud daughter Ashleigh Nelson. British elite athlete Ashleigh took a break in her strict training regime to come and encourage her mum after recently returning from the 2014 European Athletic Championships held in Zurich. Superstar athlete Ashleigh won Gold in the 4 x 100m sprint relay (new British record), and also became the first British female sprinter in over 40 years to win a medal (Bronze) in the individual 100m sprint.      

Cycle Training at DSM Demolition Ltd of Birmingham

Pat, Nick and Lorna about to commence National Standards Level 3 cycle training delivered by Lisa. Training was organised by their employers DSM Demolition as part of their cycle to work safety policy for employees.  

"Learn to ride" with Katie, Emily & Lucy 

Katie aged 9 with twins Emily and Lucy aged 7 riding around as if they owned the carpark! The three sisters from Cheshire were thrilled at having learnt to ride their bikes in only one lesson! Parents Rachel and Colin were amazed and quite simply couldn't believe their eyes when seeing all three children riding their bikes unaided!

to start and stop safely, with the ability to turn left and right both confidently and competently - Well done Adam !!
